Richard Costall

Richard Costall (MVP Silverlight, MCSD.NET) has over 22 years development experience, designing and implementing applications in the Financial Services and Distribution industries.

Richard spent 5 1/2 years as the Midlands regional coordinator for VBUG (Visual Basic User Group) before co-founding NxtGenUG, the innovative UK user group for Microsoft Technologies.

Richard has written articles for publications such as ASP.NET Pro and International Developer Magazines and also co-authered the Apress title Professional MSMQ.

He speaks a local user groups, Microsoft Conferences/Product launches, TechED Europe and the hugely successful DeveloperDeveloperDeveloper Events.

Ian Blackburn

Ian Blackburn is director of bbits and a published technical author, with almost 20 years experience in training on technical topics.

He has been working with WPF and Silverlight since its first release, works closely with Microsoft, and currently has many subscribers and followers (including Scott Guthrie :) of his twitter feed which is primarily a .net and Silverlight one.  Ian maintains a Silverlight for business blog at silverlightforbusiness.net

Ian has trained and consulted with many clients on WPF and Silverlight worldwide including most recently Stan James (Gibraltar), Formicary, POSitive Technology (Scottsdale, Arizona), Fortune Cookie, Davidson Richards, Axiell and more.  Ian is involved with the UK Silverlight user group and has presented there on a number of occasions.

Rich Griffin

Richard Griffin is an independent freelance consultant, specialising in XAML based technologies (Surface, WPF and Silverlight) to build innovative user experiences for the next generation of applications.

He is a regular speaker at Mix, TechEd Europe and an active member of the Silverlight UK User Group where he continues his quest to educate Designers and Developers on how to work better together.

Felix Corke

Felix Corke is an interactive designer who creates graphical and touch UIs with Silverlight, WPF, dHTML, 3D and Flash. 

He has spent the last 11 years as a print/web/interactive designer (in that order), including 2 years as lead designer for Nokia Music and the last 2 years as the senior interactive design consultant for Conchango/EMC, specialising in Silverlight/WPF/Surface.

During these years Felix has produced work for clients including Microsoft, Coca Cola, Virgin, O2, Oxfam, National Rail, Setanta Sports, Lehman Bros (I didn’t make the last two collapse – promise), and obviously Nokia Music
